摘 要:PM2.5对健康的影响已成为公众及政府关注的焦点。PM2.5与高血压均为心血管疾病的危险因素,而环境因素是诱发高血压的危险因素之一。因此,有必要确认PM2.5是否导致血压变化,以揭示PM2.5污染引起心血管疾病的内在作用机制。目前国际上已有不少研究者对此假设进行了探讨,但结论并不一致。本文对近年来国内外PM2.5对血压的影响及相关研究进行概述,对研究结论进行归纳总结,并提出未来研究方向,旨在为今后的研究奠定基础。The impact of PM2.5 pollution on health has become the focus of public and government attention. Both PM2.5 and hypertension are risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, while environmental factors also can be risk factors of hypertension. Therefore, it is necessary to con- firm the relationship between PM2.5 and blood pressure, in order to indentify if there is an intervening mechanism between PM2.5 pollution and the risk of cardiovascular diseases. There have been several studies exploreing the relationship between PM2.5 and blood pressure,but their con- clusions are not consistent. In this paper, studies of impact of PM2.5 on blood pressure and its related fields were presented and discussed in de- tail, conclusions and limitations of the studies were summarized, future directions were proposed. The aims of this article is to establish the foun- dation for future research.
