摘　　要：公众现场急救的不足和缺失是我国现有急救链的短板。本文通过分析我国公众现场急救现状,对现行急救网络存在的问题进行了讨论,提出将公众现场急救纳入急救网络体系,构建以院前急救为主、公众现场急救为辅的新型社会化急救网络体系,构建公众现场急救技术培训体系,研制和建立公众急救技术数字化培训模式,制定和完善相关法律法规等建议。Lack and loss of citizens＇field first aid is the short plank of emergency medical service chain in our country. In this paper, the problems caused by the lack and loss of citizens＇field first aid would be pointed out through analysis of current situation of citizens＇field first aid in our country and recommendations are proposed includeing： the first aid in public should include the field of public emergency network system con- struction, mainly in pre -hospital care, supplemented by the first aid in the public; the construction of training system of citizens＂ field first aid technique; research on the model of training and the construction of the training platform;perfecting laws and regulations about the emergency.
