摘　　要：分析德温特专利数据库的数据检索和获取过程,研究从数据库人工获取专利数据的流程,对专利数据采集流程进行优化处理。设计构建DII专利数据库专利信息采集系统,通过计算机自动处理,模拟实际的人工操作,无需人工监控即可实现专利数据自动采集,在保证采集数据质量的前提下,提高了专利数据的获取效率。The paper analyzes the process of data retrieval and acquisition from Derwent patent database, probes into the flow of artificial acquisition of patent data from the database, and optimizes the patent data collection process. It designs and constructs DII Patent Database Patent Information Collection System, which collects patent data automatically without human monitoring through com- puter＇s automatic processing and simulating actual manual operation. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of collected data, the system improves collection efficiency of patent data.
