摘　　要：阐述了新媒体时代下高校图书馆馆藏文献信息服务面临的挑战,以及读者阅读方式变化和文献信息需求特点。提出高校图书馆馆藏建设的新策略:优化资源结构、整合信息资源、构建信息交互服务平台、推动资源特色化、加强资源推广应用、培养适合新媒介信息服务人员。The paper expounds challenges faced by university library＇s document and information service in the era of new media, change of reader＇s reading modes and characteristics of document information demand. It proposes new strategies for collection con- struction of university library, including optimizing resource structure, integrating information resource, constructing information interac- tion service platform, promoting resource being characterized, strengthening extension and application of resources, and cultivating ser- vice personnel suitable for new media＇s information.
