摘  要:对羧基苯甲醛和吡咯经缩合反应制得meso-四(4-羧基苯基)卟啉(1);1与氯化亚砜反应得meso-四(4-氯甲酰基苯基)卟啉(2);2与n-十四胺反应制得meso-四(4-十四氨基甲酰苯基)卟啉(3);3与Co Cl2经配位反应合成了meso-四(4-十四氨基甲酰苯基)卟啉钴(4)。3和4为新化合物,其结构经UV-Vis,1H NMR和IR表征。偏光显微镜和DSC检测结果表明:3和4具有液晶性能。meso-Tetrakis( 4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin( 1) was prepared by the reaction of 4-carboxybenzaldehyde with pyrrole. meso-Tetrakis( 4-chloroformylphenyl) porphyrin( 2) was prepared by the reaction of 1 with sulfoxide chloride. meso-Tetrakis( 4-tetradecylaminoformylphenyl) porphyrin( 3),was synthesized by the reaction of 2 with n-tetradecylamine. The metal coordination complex( 4) was synthesized by the reaction of 3 with cobalt chloride. 3 and 4 are new compounds and their structures were characterized by UV-Vis,1H NMR and IR. The liquid crystalline properties of 3 and 4 were investigated by polarization microscope and DSC. The results showed that 3 and 4 exhibited liquid crystalline property.
