PDCA循环管理在三腔二囊管治疗肝硬化消化道出血患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环管理在三腔二囊管治疗肝硬化消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法 86例硬化消化道出血患者按照护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受PDCA循环管理法。比较2组患者遵医行为情况、自我效能情况、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者在遵医指引、药物治疗、营养和休息、防护措施、定期检查5个维度的遵医行为显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的自我效能总分和5个维度的得分均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、情感职能、社会功能以及精神健康得分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意率显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在三腔二囊管治疗肝硬化消化道出血患者中PDCA循环管理能够提升遵医行为、自我效能、生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management on digestive tract hemorrhage in liver cirrhosis patients with three cavity two capsule treatment. Methods A total of 86 patients with digestive tract hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group according to sclerosis of different nursing methods,the control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received the PDCA cycle management method. Patients＇ compliance behavior self- efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results Compliance guidelines,drug therapy,nutrition and rest,protection measures,and regularly check were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）; Patients＇ self- efficacy score and the score of 5 dimensions in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）; Overall health,physical function,physical function,bodily pain,vitality,social function,role emotional and mental health scores in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The tube in the treatment of hemorrhage in patients with PDCA cycle management can enhance the compliance behavior,self- efficacy,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of digestive tract in liver cirrhosis three cavity two capsule,so it is worthy of the clinical promotion.
