心理护理在恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理在恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用价值。方法 105例恶性肿瘤化疗患者,随机分为干预组52例和对照组53例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施心理护理,包括心理状况评估、建立良好护患关系、定期交流、优化患者社会支持网络及放松训练等。结果护理后2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著下降;组间比较,干预组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理后,除干预组角色功能、情绪功能和社会功能评分与护理前差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),2组EORTC QLQ-C30量表其余各项评分均较护理前显著下降(P<0.01);组间比较,干预组各评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论心理护理可有效改善恶性肿瘤化疗患者的心理状态,减轻负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of psychological nursing in treatment of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods A total of 105 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into intervention group（ 52 cases） and control group（ 53cases）. Control group was treated with routine nursing,on this basis intervention group was added with psychological nursing,including evaluation of psychological condition,establishment of favorable nurse- patient relationship,regular communication,optimization of patients＇ social support network and relaxation training,etc. Results After nursing,self- rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and self- rating depression scale（ SDS） scores of both groups decreased significantly,which were significantly lower in intervention group than control group（ P 0. 01）. After nursing,there were no significant differences in role function,emotional function and social function in intervention group when compared with nursing before（ P 0. 05）,but the scores of rest programs of European Organization Research and Treatment of Cancer（ EORTC） Quality of Life Questionnaire（ QLQ）- 30 decreased significantly than nursing before（ P 0. 01）,and intervention group was significantly lower in each score of above programs than control group（ P 0. 05 or P 0. 01）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively improve the psychological condition,reduce negative emotions and improve the quality of life in patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy.
