优化护理流程在提高急诊手术患者手术效率中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨优化护理流程在急诊手术患者中的应用效果。方法将160例实施优化护理流程的急诊手术患者设为观察组,将160例实施常规护理的急诊手术患者设为对照组。比较2组患者的手术效率和医护患的满意度。结果观察组的急诊等待手术时间、途中运送时间、术前用物准备时间、术中取拿物品时间、手术时间均短于对照组,护理差错率、死亡率低于对照组,物品准备完善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护患的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优化护理流程能够有效提高急诊手术患者的手术效率,保障患者的生命安全,改善护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of optimized nursing process of mergency operation patients. Methods The observation group with 160 emergency operation patients was given nursing process optimization,and another 160 emergency operation patients in the control group was given routine nursing. And operation efficiency and medical- patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Emergency operation waiting time,transporting time on the way,the delivery time,preoperative preparation time,intraoperative taking articles time,operation time in the observation group were all shorter than that in the control group,nursing error rate,mortality was lower than that in the control group,the goods ready rate was higher than that in the control group,there were statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Medical staffs and patients satisfaction in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,there were statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Optimized nursing process can effectively improve the operation efficiency of emergency operation patients,guarantee the life safety and improve nursing satisfaction.
