膀胱结石应用电切镜下钬激光碎石疗法的护理研究

摘　　要：目的研究膀胱结石应用电切镜下钬激光碎石的护理。方法对应用电切镜下钬激光碎石疗法成功治疗膀胱结石的86例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将全部患者随机分为2组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予围术期护理干预,比较2组护理效果。结果护理后,观察组护理优良率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电切镜下钬激光碎石疗法安全、有效,加以综合护理干预,是提高患者治愈率的重要途径。Objective To explore the nursing for patients with bladder calculi by electroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods Clinical materials of 86 patients with bladder calculi treated by electroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with perioperative nursing intervention. Nursing effect was compared. Results After nursing,the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Electroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is safe and effective in improving the effective rate of patients when combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.
