摘  要:热电联供型微网具有安全可靠、节能环保的优点。兼顾经济和环保目标,提出了计及制热收益的热电联供型微网环境经济调度模型。针对微网中存在的可再生能源出力随机波动及负荷预测误差等问题,采用基于机会约束规划的模糊多目标混合粒子群算法求解模型,引入模糊全局最优解和同步粒子局部搜索以提高寻优效率。对一个含储能装置的热电联供型微网系统,分别给出了其并网运行方式下经济最优和环保最优的调度策略及多目标Pareto最优解集,算例表明本调度模型能兼顾微网运行的经济性和环保性。The combined heat and power (CHP) microgrid boosts the advantages of safety,reliability,energy saving and environmental protection.A dispatch model of economic and environmental operated CHP microgrid system with heating earnings considered was first built in this paper.The fuzzy multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on chance constrained programming (CCP) was utilized to consider the stochastic nature of renewable energy output and the load forecast errors existing in the microgrid And method of fuzzy global optimum and synchronous particle local searching was used to improve the optimization efficiency.Then,a CHP microgrid system containing storage device was simulated.In grid-connected operation mode,the optimal economic scheduling strategies and environmental scheduling strategies together with the optimal solution set for multi-objective Pareto were provided.The results indicate that the presented model can give consideration to both economy and environmental protection.
