摘 要:针对大采高综放面煤壁片帮控制难题,建立不同片帮迹线煤壁失稳力学模型及含软弱夹矸煤壁片帮力学模型,运用C++语言研发了大采高综放面煤壁片帮安全评价系统,简化了煤壁片帮判定准则的计算过程.基于安全余量法,得出坚硬煤壁斜直线型片帮力学条件判据;基于严格Janbu法,得出软弱煤壁片帮安全系数判别式;基于夹矸强度弱化理论,得出夹矸煤壁失稳判别准则.实践表明:大采高综放面煤壁片帮安全评价系统不仅能够预测单一片帮准则条件下煤壁是否发生片帮,而且能够判定兼容片帮准则条件下煤壁是否发生片帮,在同忻煤矿8107大采高综放面应用效果良好.With aim to control the serious rib spalling accidents in fully mechanized top-coal caving face with large mining height,mechanical model of rib spalling in condition of different spalling traces,and with weak partings were established respectively.Then,in order to simplify computing of rib spalling criterion,a C+ + based safety evaluation system(SES)was proposed.Based on the safety margin method,a mechanical conditional criterion of skew line for hard coal was obtained;based on the rigid Janbu method,a safety coefficient formula of rib spalling for soft coal was established;based on the parting weakening theory,a criterion for parting included coal rib was gained.The practice shows that the SES can judge the likelihood of rib spalling not only under a single criterion,but also under the compatibility criterions,and it is well applied in fully mechanized top-coal caving face No.8107 of Tongxin coal mine.
