摘　　要：设计了一套5.5m焦炉用纯水液压交换机系统,并运用Matlab软件对其速度特性和负载特性进行了分析,发现设计的水液压交换机系统能够满足焦炉生产要求。同时,该分析也为纯水液压传动技术在焦炉机械设备上的推广应用提供了参考。A pure water hydraulic reversing machine system used in a 5.5mcoke oven was designed.Its velocity characteristic and load characteristic were researched by using Matlab software.The pure water hydraulic coke oven ex-changer could ensure the production of the coke oven.At the same time,the analysis in this paper would play apositive role in the spread and application of water hydraulic transmission in mechanical equipment used in coke ovens.
