采矿机械液压系统失效原因分析及对策

摘　　要：通过对液压系统失效的根源及所造成的危害的分析和研究,指出液压系统失效的主要原因是污染、过热和泡沫,得出解决这一问题的方法和途径是定期更换液压油、密封件和加强设备的维护与保养。Based on the root of the hydraulic system failure and the harm,this paper points out that the main reason is pollution of hydraulic system failure,overheating and bubbles,and it also indicates that the method and way to solve this problem are regular replacement of hydraulic oil,seal and strengthening of equipment maintenance.
