摘　　要：ERCP技术在外科胆胰疾病诊治中起重要作用。文章介绍了西安交通大学医学部第一附属医院肝胆外科在外科医生ERCP技能培训中,通过重视基础培训,并联合阶梯式实践教学、模拟教学、PBL教学法、现场演示以及手把手操作等多种手段,强化临床基本技能、提高了临床教学质量的一些思路和做法。The technology of endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography （ERCP）plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of surgical biliary and pancreatic diseases.The paper introduces some thoughts and methods of our department＇s ERCP technology training for surgeons to strengthen basic clinical skills and improve the quality of clinical teaching.They include emphasizing basis training and combining with step-by-step practice teaching,simulation teaching,PBL teaching method,on-the-spot demonstration and hands-on operation.
