外阴白色病变组织中cyclin D1、p16和CD34表达情况及其与血清cAMP和cGMP含量的关系

摘　　要：目的分析外阴白色病变组织中cyclin D1、p16和CD34表达情况及其与血清c AMP和c GMP含量的关系。方法选择在该院接受治疗的外阴白色病变患者36例作为观察组对象,另取同期在该院进行体检的健康女性35例作为对照组,比较观察组患者外阴病变组织及非病变组织中cyclin D1、p16和CD34的表达情况,观察组及对照组的血清c AMP和c GMP含量。结果观察组患者病变组织皮肤的cyclin D1和CD34表达高于正常组织,p16表达明显低于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血清c AMP含量及c AMP/c GMP低于对照组、c GMP含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血清c AMP含量与病变组织cyclin D1和CD34表达呈负相关,与p16表达呈正相关;血清c GMP含量与病变组织cyclin D1和CD34表达呈正相关,与p16表达呈负相关。结论外阴白色病变组织中cyclin D1和CD34表达增高,p16表达降低,同时患者血清c AMP和c GMP含量变化与病变组织中的各调控因子表达呈直接相关关系。[Objective] To analyse the expressions of cyclin D1, p16, CD34 in vulvar white lesion and their cor- relation with serum content of cAMP and cGMP. [ Methods ] Thirty-six patients with vulvar white lesions received treatment in our hospital were enrolled in observation group, 35 eases of healthy women received physical examina- tion in the same period were enrolled in control group. Then the expressions of cyc｜in D1, p16, CD34 in vulvar white lesion tissue and normal tissue of observation group patients, serum content of cAMP and cGMP in observation group and control group were compared. [ Results ] In lesion tissue of observation group patients, eyclin D1, CD34 expres- sions were higher than in normal tissue, p16 expression was significantly lower than in normal tissue （P 〈 0.05）. Serum cAMP, cAMP/cGMP levels of observation group patients were lower than those of control group patients, and cGM P contents of observation group patients were higher than those of control group patients （P 〈 0.05）. Observation group patients＂ serum contents of cAMP showed a negative correlation with cyclin D1, CD34 expression in diseased tissue, and had a positive correlation with p16 expression. Serum content of cGMP was positively correlated with cy- clin D1, CD34 expression in diseased tissue, and negatively correlated with p16 expression. [Conclusion] Cyclin D1, CD34 expressions increase in vulvar white lesion, p16 expression reduces, at the same time patients＇ serum cAMP and cGMP contents have a direct relationship with regulatory factor expression in diseased tissue.
