摘  要:随着社会的人口老龄化,对于便携式的人体多生理参数远程实时监测也变得越来越重要和广泛。为了实现老年人在家中能够实时采集到自己的生理参数并能够远程发送至监护中心,文中采用PPG和ECG信号进行心率与血压的无伤检测,基于GS1010核心处理器对心电和脉搏信号进行同时采集,根据脉搏波、心电与血压之间的关系,计算出人体的心率值和血压值,并实现多生理参数的微型化和网络化的实时监测。实验结果表明了该检测方法的正确性和可行性,监测精度较好,工作性能稳定;而且该系统能够适用于老人在户外进行实时监测。With population aging of the society, portable real-time remote monitoring of human physiological parameters is becoming in- creasingly important and widespread. In order to achieve real-time acquisition of the seniors' physiological parameters at home and send their information to a monitoring center, use PPG and ECO signals to detect the heart rate and blood pressure without injury in this paper, collecting ECG and pulse signals based on the core processor of GS1010 at the same time. According to the relationship between the pulse wave, ECG and blood pressure, calculate the value of heart rate and blood pressure to realize the miniaturization and network real-time monitoring of multiple physiological parameters. The experimental results prove the validity and feasibility of detection methods, with bet- ter monitoring accuracy and stable performance, which is especially suitable to be used to monitor the physiological parameters of elders in outdoor.
