摘 要:通过对打钻时钻杆上扭矩的力学分析,理论上给出了利用钻杆扭矩判断煤岩体强度的可行性,提出通过测试钻孔过程中的钻杆扭矩来判断煤岩体强度的方法.在此基础上,建立钻杆扭矩法测定煤岩强度试验系统,研究了不同煤岩体强度条件下钻杆扭矩的规律.试验结果表明,钻杆扭矩能够反映被钻削煤岩体的强度,单一影响因素条件下,钻杆扭矩同煤岩体强度呈线性递增规律.应用该方法在现场的测定结果符合试验情况,验证了钻杆扭矩法测定煤岩体强度的有效性和可靠性.By analyzing the mechanics of drilling torque during hole-drilling, the feasibility of determining coal rock strength by the drill rod torque was established theoretically. The meth- od for determining the coal rock strength by measuring the drill rod torque during hole drilling was proposed. On this basis, the test system for determining coal rock strength by the drill rod torque method was established. The characteristics of drill rod torque under different coal rock strengths were investigated in the laboratory. The results show that the drill rod torque can re- flect the strength of coal rocks being drilled. By holding all other factors constant, the drill rod torque increases linearly with coal rock strength. Field application of this method confirmed the experimental results verifying the effectiveness and reliability of the method for determining the coal rock strength with the drill rod torque method. Therefore, using the drill rod torque method to determine the coal rock strength is feasible and worth further study.
