摘 要:为了有效地控制综掘面高浓度粉尘污染,应用FLUENT软件数值模拟通风条件影响综掘面控尘气幕形成与作用的规律.结果表明:压风口与迎头距离、压抽比、压风筒及抽风筒直径越大,抽风口与迎头距离、压风量越小,越利于形成控尘气幕,但压抽比越小,控尘气幕的风速越大;根据数值模拟结果,拟合了50mg/m3以上高浓度粉尘扩散距离与各通风条件的关系式,确定了压抽比为0.75时,控尘气幕作用效果较佳,为控尘气幕形成与作用的最优通风条件,并将其进行了工程应用.实测值与数值模拟值基本一致,高浓度粉尘被控制在距迎头5m的无人作业区域内.In order to control the pollution from the high concentration dust at fully mechanized heading face effectively,the formation and law of dust control air curtain influenced by ventilation conditions was numerically simulated based on FLUENT software.The results show that the bigger the distance between pressure outlet and heading face,pressure-pump ratio,the diameters of pressure duct and suction duct,the smaller the distance between pump outlet and heading face,and the air amount pushed which is contribut to the formation of dust control air curtain.While,the smaller the pressure pump-ratio was,the larger the air velocity of the dust control air curtain was.According to the numerical simulation result,the relation formulas of the diffusion distance of dust with concentration of more than 50mg/m3 and ventilation conditions were fitted.When the pressure-pump ratio was 0.75,the dust control air curtain could achieve the best dust suppression effects,namely the best ventilation condition,which was also put into engineering application.The measurement values were basically the same as the numerical simulation values.The high concentration dust was controlled in the area which was 5m away from the heading face and no workers worked there.
