摘　　要：浮舰蛋白(flotillin)是细胞膜上一类高度保守的脂筏标记蛋白,且广泛存在于体内不同的组织和细胞.浮舰蛋白在细胞信号转导、细胞黏附、细胞骨架重构、胞吞等生物过程中发挥重要作用.近年研究发现,浮舰蛋白-1(flotillin-1)与肿瘤的发生、发展及转移关系密切.本文就浮舰蛋白-1在恶性肿瘤中的研究现状做一综述,旨在为进一步研究浮舰蛋白-1与恶性肿瘤发病机制的关系及作为治疗的靶标提供参考.Flotillin proteins,a class of particular and highly conserved lipid raft makers,widely exist in membrane of cells in different tissues,and play important roles in cell signal transduction,cell adhesion,cell cytoskeleton remodeling and endocytosis. The recent studies were reported that flotillin-1 was closely related to occurrence,development and metastasis of cancer. In this review,the cutting-edge knowledge in the recent studies about flotillin-1 in the cancer were summarized in order to provide reference for further research on the function of flotillin-1 in pathogenesis of malignant tumor and the potential of flotillin-1 as a therapeutic target.
