摘  要:长久以来,加拿大高等教育始终居于世界前列,在高等教育国际化进程中令人瞩目。为更好地适应新一轮国际化浪潮,加拿大于2012年8月出台了第一份国家层面的高等教育战略规划报告书。大致而言,这份规划主要强调了三个方面:注重高等教育质量保障,提供政策的支持以及鼓励各机构的相关合作。这一报告为我国借鉴并深入探讨相关的因素互动有一定的意义,也对我国探索高等教育国际化范式转型及契合自身发展的路径有所启发。As the most strikingly cation internationalization. According to detailed statistics and deeper inspect, there are multidimensional cores attribute to Canada's long-term outstanding higher education internationalization, the quality, the policies and interconnect- edness. As for China in the same context, it is necessary to learn from Canada to take appro- priate actions in order to facilitate education evolution as much as possible with better op- portunities and come up with a rational way for near future developing practically or theoret- ically.
