大学与跨国公司合作培养人才的研究

摘　　要：当前,跨国公司与中国高教界的合作发展非常不均衡,合作以地处沿海和发达区域的高校、"985工程"和"211工程"的高校以及综合大学和工科类高校为主。跨国公司把人才视为核心要素,决定了其与大学密切伙伴关系形成的必然性。政府要制定引导促进大学与跨国公司加强合作的法规,地方高校和西部省区高校要把合作放在重要位置,合作应多方位,重点要落实到课程改革层面。At present,the cooperative development between transnational corporations and Chinese universities is imbalanced. Transnational corporations usually cooperate with the universities that are located in costal and economically developed areas,or ＂Project 985＂, ＂Project 211＂,comprehensive and engineering universities. Transnational corporations regard talents as the key element, and talents determine the corporation between transnational corporations and universities. Our government should formulate rules and regulations to enhance the cooperation between the transnational corporations and universities;local universities and western provincial universities should put the cooperation in an important position;the cooperation should be multifaceted,but the key should be curriculum reform.
