摘 要:以常兴煤业5#煤层为对象,采用数值模拟和井下试验的手法,对浅埋深半煤岩回采巷道锚杆支护参数优化问题进行研究。采用有限差分程序FLAC3D对比分析三种不同支护方案的支护效果,确定出合理的支护参数。研究表明:提高锚杆预应力可降低锚杆支护密度;对于常兴煤业浅埋深半煤岩回采巷道,当锚杆预紧力达到杆体屈服载荷的30%~50%,锚杆间排距可由0.8~1.0m增大到1.0~1.2m。井下试验表明:锚杆间排距设为1.2m是合理的,能保证巷道安全。Based on No. 5 coal seam of Changxing coal, the parameters optimization of bolting in mining coal- rock roadway under shallow overburden were studied by using numerical simulation and underground test. The supporting effects of three different programs were compared with FLAC3 D,and a reasonable bolting row and line space was determined. The research show that: bolt density can be reduced by increasing bolting pretension stress; when the pretension stress is30% ~ 50% of bolt yield stress,the bolting row and line space can increase from 0. 8 ~ 1. 0m to 1. 0 ~ 1. 2m for the mining coal- rock roadway under shallow overburden of Changxing coal mine. Underground test show that: 1. 2m is a reasonable bolting row and line space,which can guarantee roadway safety.
