摘 要:针对目前国内已有的瓦斯抽放封孔技术存在无法回收利用、成本高,费时费力、效率低等问题,通过理论分析及反复试验,研制出了高压膨胀可回收快速封孔装置。通过现场应用及观测发现,该装置操作方便、可多孔重复使用,封孔压力足够大、安全性高,煤层钻孔瓦斯的抽放浓度较传统技术提高了40%~60%。由此得出,该技术可在保障工人人身安全的前提下,进一步提高封孔效果和瓦斯的抽采效率,推广使用可使生产的成本大大降低。Aiming at the defects of current domestic sealing technology of gas drainage borehole,which is non- recovery,expensive,time- consuming,labor- intensive and inefficient and so forth which existed in the existing,a recyclable high- pressure expansion rapid hole sealing device was developed. Field application and observation showed that,the device was easy to operate and can be reused in different boreholes,and able to provide enough hole sealing pressure and high safety. The drainage concentration of the gas in the coal seam was increased by 40% to 60% compared with traditional technology. Thus,under the premise of workers' personal safety,the effect of hole sealing and efficiency in gas drainage can be further improved. Promoting this technology can reduce the production cost greatly.
