煤镜质组反射率分布图在配煤系统中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了煤镜质组反射率分布图在选煤厂配煤系统中的应用,使用HD型煤岩分析仪进行岩相分析,由单种煤反射率分布图合成配合煤反射率分布图,给出入洗配煤中各单煤按煤反射率划分的牌号与实际所占的百分比、配合煤平均反射率、标准方差等信息,可在配合煤反射率分布图上,进行配煤比的计算。The paper introduced the vitrinite reflectance distribution diagram in coal blending system of coal preparation plant. Rock phase was analyzed by the HD coal petrographic analyzer. Each coal reflectance distribution diagram was synthesized to generate the comprehensive vitrinite reflectance distribution diagram,the proportion,average mixed coal reflectance,standard deviation of each coal classified by reflectance. The coal blending ratio was calculated on the vitrinite reflectance distribution diagram.
