摘 要:综采工作面设备主要由采煤机、刮板运输机,转载与破碎机和液压支架四大部分组成,俗称工作面的"三机一架",在设备选型中,三机一架的配套是一项十分重要且复杂的工作。文章介绍了我国的采掘装备制造企业存在的问题是:"三机一架"分散成各自独立的部分,不仅配套困难,而且使系统产生多样化。提出了重新定义"采煤系统",从源头上改变了工作面采煤装备的设计思路,通过将综采成套装备与新工艺方法和自动化技术相结合,形成一个完整的、低功耗、高自动化、高安全、高产高效的煤炭生产系统。Fully- mechanized working face equipment consists of coal cutter,scraper conveyor,transferring crusher,and hydraulic support,commonly known as " three machines and one support". This paper points out the main problems in manufacturing enterprise of mining and excavation equipment is that, the "three machines and one support " are designed separately,which leads to difficulty in the equipment matching and diversified production system. Proposes a new idea to redefine the mining equipment system,and to change the design thinking of coal mining equipment in working face. A new system is built by the new process methods combined with automation technology. This complete new system has low power consumption,high automation,high safety and efficiency production for coal production system.
