摘 要:基于中国知网2000-2014年的报纸数据库数据对物业管理的利益冲突事件进行了内容分析。结果显示,利益冲突事件报道的频数与相关法规的出台呈现了显著的正相关关系。随着时间的推移,物业公司不规范行为的报道比例逐渐下降,基础服务类冲突事件的报道比例仍然高居不下,尤其体现在与小区安全相关的冲突报道方面。同时,小区公共区域管理、业主行动与规范等方面的利益冲突日益突显。从政府加强利益冲突治理的角度提出了若干建议。A content analysis is conducted based on 2000 - 2014 CNKI database newspaper on the evolution trends of community property management interest conflicts. It shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the frequency of reported events of interest conflicts and the introduction of rele- vant laws and regulations. As time passes, the ratio of property company irregularities reports gradually decrease, but the pro- portion of fundamental service conflicts remains high, especially for community security related conflicts. At the same time the interest conflicts of community public district management is- sues, the owners' action standardization and development are unfolding. In the end, some implications and suggestions are proposed for the government to strengthen the management of in- terest conflicts.
