摘　　要：对打印机盖板的成型工艺进行了分析,介绍了高光注射模的针阀式热嘴设计、型芯与型腔板钢材的选择、温度控制系统设计、排气系统设计。应用ANSYS软件对流体流动性质(层流或紊流)进行了模流分析,为高光注射模的设计和制造提供理论依据。The forming process of a printer cover was analyzed. A high polished injection mould was presented from aspects of the design of needle-valve hot nozzle, selection of steel for core and cavity plate, design of temperature controlled system and exhaust system. The flow properties of the fluid （laminar or turbulent） were analyzed by ANSYS soft- ware, which provided theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of high polished injection mould.
