摘　　要：文章分析移动互联网发展趋势,给出移动互联网的定义和应用支撑平台的作用,然后根据普天开展的新能源汽车充电管理工作分析目前存在的问题,重点研究移动互联网在此领域给我们带来的新应用,并通过建设"城市新能源汽车充换电网络智能管理系统",解决了新能源汽车的充电管理问题,方便人们的生活。This paper analyzes the development trend of mobile internet, presents the definition of mobile internet and the function of application support platform. Based on the new energy vehicle battery charging management work of Potevio, this paper discusses the existing problems and researches new applications in this filed brought by mobile Internet. By developing intelligent management network system of new energy vehicle charging and replacing battery system, it solves the issue of charging management to make our life more convenient.
