复方中药“猪康散”保健给药对人工感染PRRSV仔猪血清免疫球蛋白含量的影响

摘　　要：选取28日龄健康杜长大三元杂交仔猪40头,随机分为4组,每组10头。36～39日龄时中药组（Ⅲ、Ⅳ组）分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%,1.0%＂猪康散＂,40日龄时除阴性对照组（Ⅰ组）均滴鼻接种PRRSV SCM株1.0mL。于40、45、50、55、60日龄每组选取4头仔猪,前腔静脉采血测定血清中免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgM、IgA）的变化。结果表明,在整个试验期间,0.5%和1.0%中药组仔猪血清中IgG、IgM和IgA水平均极显著高于阳性对照组和阴性对照组（P〈0.01）,且1.0%中药组效果最佳。结果表明,在断奶仔猪基础日粮中添加0.5%和1.0%的＂猪康散＂能明显提高人工感染PRRSV仔猪血清中IgG、IgM、IgA的含量,从而提高体液免疫功能,达到抗PRRSV的能力。Forty piglets（28-day-old）were divided randomly into 5groups treated with virus and negative group（Ⅰ）,positive group（Ⅱ）,0.5%（Ⅲ）,and 1.0%（Ⅳ）.Group Ⅲ andⅣ were given drug（Zhukangsan）at 0.5% and 1.0%in the forage at 36 to 39-day-old,respectively,then all groups except groupⅠ were inoculated PRRSV SCM at 40-day-old.Four piglets from each group were selected randomly to obtain blood samples from the jugular vein for immune globulin analysis at 40,45,50,55 and 53days of age.The results showed that the levels of IgG,IgM,IgA in 0.5% and 1.0% ＂Zhukangsan＂group significantly greater（P〈0.01）than those of negative group and positive group,and the effects of 1.0% ＂Zhukangsan＂group was the best.The results indicated that 0.5% and 1.0% complex Chinese crude drug＂Zhukangsan＂in the forage could enhance the humoral immune responses by improving the levels of IgG,IgM,IgA of pigletsartificially challenged by PRRSV,thus build up resistance of piglets to PRRSV.
