摘 要:用钡元素或锶元素部分取代硫铝酸钙矿物中的钙元素,形成一系列新型硫铝酸钡(锶)钙衍生矿物,这些矿物烧成温度低,具有良好的快硬早强、微膨胀和耐侵蚀等性能,本文对该特种水泥进行了系统介绍,对新型水泥矿物晶体学特性、矿物制备及水化等理论基础进行阐述,介绍了硫铝酸钡(锶)钙水泥在力学、防腐、抗渗等方面的突出优势,以及通过矿物复合技术合成阿利特-硫铝酸钡(锶)钙水泥、贝利特-硫铝酸钡(锶)钙等新型高性能水泥。另外,还介绍了该系列水泥在实际工程中的应用情况,结果表明其具有较高的恶劣环境适应能力。Barium (strontium) calcium sulphoaluminate is a novel and derivative mineral compound of calcium sulphoaluminate by the partial substitution of barium or strontium for calcium, possessing the distinct properties of low calcination temperature, fast setting, high early strength, slight expansion as well as good corrosion resistance. This paper was to represent these types of cement. The crystal features, calcinations process as well as hydration theory of barium (strontium) calcium sulphoaluminate were investigated. The performances like the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance as well as permeability were obtained for barium (strontium) calcium sulphoaluminate cement. Moreover, alite-barium (strontium) calcium sulphoaluminate cement and belite-barium (strontium) calcium sulphoaluminate cement were fabricated via mineral combination techniques as the developed cements with the superior performance. Moreover, the practical application of these cement in-site was described, indicating a great potential for use in harsh environments.
