摘 要:研究了80和130℃养护条件下掺入胶乳和弹性粒子对油井水泥石微结构的影响。利用X射线衍射分析了掺胶乳和弹性粒子柔性油井水泥石的水化产物,用扫描电子显微镜观测其微观形貌,用压汞法测试了硬化浆体的孔隙结构。结果表明:胶乳和弹性粒子的掺入没有影响油井水泥水化产物的种类;胶乳改变了硬化浆体的微观形貌,水化产物表面出现绒状物质结构,形成连续的薄膜,Ca(OH)_2晶体呈薄片松散分布;胶乳降低了水泥石的孔隙率,使孔径细化,弹性粒子则增大了水泥石的孔隙率,使孔径粗化。Influence of latex and elastic particle on the microstructure of hardened oil-well cement paste cured at 80 and 130 ℃ was investigated. The hydration products were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction. Its morphology was observed using scanning electron microscopy, and the pore structure was measured with mercury intrusion porosimetry. The results show that the hydration product types of oil-well cement mixed with latex and elastic particle didn't change. The morphology is influenced and shows that a layer of fluffy material and continuous film formed on the surface of hydration products due to the mixed latex, the calcium hydroxide crystal, which is hexagonal plate-like and accumulates tightly in hardened neat cement paste, becomes loose and laminar in the flexible oil-well cement paste. The porosity decreases and pore size refines with latex, however, it increases the porosity and makes pore size coarsening with elastic particles.
