摘  要:长悬挑结构竖向刚度较弱,悬挑区域楼盖在人群荷载激励下易发生较大振动。以北京某一悬挑长度约为24m的长悬挑商务楼为工程背景,利用SAP2000软件对结构整体建模并考察其自振特性,对悬挑处楼盖进行了不同工况下的舒适度计算。分析表明,当上下楼层同时存在人行激励时,楼盖竖向最大加速度为0.208m/s2,超过舒适度限值;优化布置的多调谐质量阻尼器(MTMD)系统减振效果明显,减振率达35%,采用MTMD系统的楼盖舒适度满足要求。Long cantilever structure has an instinct weakness in vertical stiffness, and the floors in cantilever area are prone to large vibration under crowd-induced load excitation. Based on a long cantilever business building with the cantilever length of about 24m in Beijing as the engineering background, SAP2000 software was used to carry out overall modeling of the structure and the self-vibration characteristics were studied. And the comfort calculation on the cantilever floor was conducted under different working conditions. Analyses show that when the crowd-induced excitations exist on the upper and lower floors at the same time, the maximum vertical acceleration for the floor is 0. 208m/s2 , which exceeds the comfort limits. Optimal arranged Multiple Tuned Mass Dampers (MTMD) system has obvious damping effect with damping rate of 35%. The floor comfort meets the requirements when the MTMD system is adopted.
