摘 要:研究藏药绿萝花抗氧化作用,为临床合理用药和开发利用提供科学依据。采用注射D-gal法模拟小鼠衰老进程,并将实验动物分成空白组、模型组、绿萝花高剂量组(2 g/m L)、绿萝花中剂量组(1 g/m L)、绿萝花低剂量组(0.5 g/m L),分别在实验的第0、7、14、21、28、35、42天,以小鼠血清SOD、MDA为动态指标及42 d大脑、心、肝组织SOD、MDA、T-AOC、GSH-Px、MAO、CAT为检测指标,研究绿萝花的抗氧化作用。结果表明,连续注射D-gal 14-42 d,模型小鼠血清SOD活性下降、MDA含量上升;连续同时服用绿萝花口服液14 d后小鼠血清SOD活力显著提高,以低剂量绿萝花作用最显著;连续服用绿萝花14 d后小鼠血清MDA含量显著降低,以高剂量绿萝作用最显著;连续服用绿萝花42 d后,小鼠血清T-AOC活力升高,大脑、心、肝SOD、T-AOC、CAT、GSH-Px活性上升,MAO活性下降,MDA含量下降。结果表明,连续口服绿萝花能改善由注射D-gal引起的小鼠抗氧化指标的异常,提示绿萝花可能具有抗机体衰老作用。Objective: To study the antioxidant effect of Scindapsus aureus and provide scientific basis for rational drug use and utilization. Methods: Senile mice model was established by using D-gal injection. The mice were divided into blank group(treated with NS), D-gal group(treated with D-gal), Scindapsus aureus extract high, medium and low dose group(treated with D-gal combined with Scindapsus aureus extract at 2 g/m L, 1 g/m L and 0.5 g/m L,respectively). The experiment lasted 6 weeks. The indicators in mice serum and tissues such as superoxide dismutase enzyme(SOD), malondialdehyde(MDA), total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC), CAT and GSH-Px were detected on 0^th, 7^th, 14^ th, 21^ st, 28 ^th, 35^th and 42^nd, respectively. Results: Continuous injection of D-gal for 14-42 d, the activity of serum SOD was decreased and MDA content was increased; continuous administration of Scindapsus aureus extract could significantly increase serum SOD activity, especially in low-dose-treated group on 14^th; continuous administration of Scindapsus aureus extract could significantly decrease the content of MDA in serum,especially in high-dose-treated group on 14^th; continuous administration of Scindapsus aureus extract could significantly increase serum T-AOC activity, SOD, T-AOC, CAT and GSH-Px activity in brain, heart and liver, while decrease MAO activity and MDA content. Conclusion: Continuous administration of Scindapsus aureus extract can improve the aging indices of mice abnormal conditions caused by injection of D-gal, suggesting that Scindapsus aureus may be used as antioxidant.
