自拟中药乌梅散超微粉治疗鸭腹泻试验观察

摘　　要：利用自拟中药乌梅散治疗蛋鸭腹泻,同时设西药疗法对照组,旨在评价乌梅散的治疗效果。结果表明,乌梅散高(1.0%)、中(0.5%)、低剂量组(0.2%)的死淘率分别为(0.091±0.1380)%、(0.124±0.173)%、(0.147±0.197)%,与对照组(0.732±0.288)%相比差异显著(P<0.05),与西药组(0.093±0.141)%相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示乌梅散对鸭腹泻具有显著疗效。Self-made traditional Chinese medicine Wumei San superfine powder was used to treat laying duck diarrhea symptoms, and the western medicine therapy was used as control. The results showed that the death culling rate of Wumei San high（1.0%）, medium（0.5%） and low dose group（0.2%） was（0.091 ±0.138）%,（0.124 ±0.173）% and（0.147 ±0.197）%,respectively, compared with the control group（0.732 ± 0.288）%, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）, while compared with the western medicine group（0.093±0.141）%, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. These indicated that Wumei San has significantly curative effect on duck diarrhea.
