清乳通贴膜剂对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的:考察清乳通贴膜剂的抗炎效果。方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法比较不同剂量贴膜剂与提取液对小鼠耳肿胀的抑制作用。结果:地塞米松对照组、不同给药剂量的贴膜剂组及提取液组较空白对照组左右耳片质量差值、肿胀率均呈极显著性降低(P<0.01),肿胀抑制率呈极显著性增高(P<0.01)。结论:不同剂量的清乳通贴膜剂、提取液均具有一定抗炎效果,贴膜剂抗炎效果优于提取液。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory pharmacodynamics of Qingrutong transdermal patch. Methods：Inhibition of different dose of Qingrutong transdermal patch and the decoction on ear swelling of mice induced by dimethyl benzene was studied. Results： Compared to the normal control group, the difference of quality between the left and right ear and the ear swelling rate in positive control group and treated groups were marked significantly decreased（ P〈0.01）, while ear swelling inhibition rate in these groups were marked significantly increased（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Different dose of Qingrutong transdermal patch and the decoction have certain anti-inflammatory effect. Qingrutong transdermal patch presents higher antiinflammatory effect than the decoction.
