摘　　要：ALEPH500自带的采访拟订系统(ALEPH500 Acquisitioning Preordering System,简称APS)具有批量订购图书的功能,极大地提升了图书采访的工作效率。因为港台图书市场的特殊性,图书馆采访人员在利用APS订购港台图书的过程中会出现一些问题。文章分析了问题出现的原因,并给出了解决问题的对策。这对于港台图书采访工作的业务改进具有十分重要的借鉴意义。ALEPH500 Acquisitioning Preordering System has the function of ordering books on a large scale,which can greatly improve the efficiency of the book acquisitioning work. In the process of using the APS to order books from Hongkong and Taiwan,there will be some problems,because of the specificity of the book market of Hongkong and Taiwan. This paper analyses the reasons of the problems,and provides countermeasures to solve them. The present results have very important significance to improve the works of acquisitioning books from Hongkong and Taiwan.
