摘　　要：文章通过对民族信息资源的基本概念及开发利用现状、武陵山片区民族信息资源服务平台建设中的关键因素进行初步探讨,期望能够为数字环境下民族信息资源服务平台的建设提供一些新思路。The aim of this work was to study the basic concepts of ethnic information resources,the current situation of development and utilization on the ethnic information resources,the key factors that could affect the construction of ethnic information resources service platform for Wuling Mountain Area. The authors hoped to provide some new ideas for the construction of ethnic information resources service platform to adapt the digital environment.
