摘  要:通过实施原位矿化染色新技术,采用Lanasol CE系列染料对羊毛毛条进行了染色生产试验。与传统染色工艺相比,采用羊毛毛条原位矿化染色新技术,可使染色用水减少98.33%,染色废水CODcr降低97.83%,染色废水BOD5降低97.67%,染色废水中悬浮物降低97.21%,染色废水色度降低99.82%。采用该染色新技术无需对加工设备进行任何改动,综合染色加工成本低于或不高于传统染色加工成本。该染色新技术已在生产中推广应用,其深度节水、减排效应十分明显,为羊毛毛条活性染料染色加工提供了一条新的加工途径。The dyeing of wool top using reactive dyes (Lanasol CE series) was performed in the newly invented in situ mineralization process. Compared with the traditional process water for the dyeing, COD, of the effluent, BOD5 of the effluent, suspended solids of the effluent and the effluent chroma were respectively reduced by 98.75% , 97.83% , 97.67% , 97.21% and 99.82%. The aforementioned new process is proven to be feasible for industrial manufacture without any improvement in the machinery and the relative cost is lower or not higher than that for the conventional dyeing. This new process provides a different way for wool dyeing using reactive dyestuff with the feature of significant water saving and emission reduction.
