摘 要:以羊毛织物为研究对象,在传统伞式悬垂法测试平台的基础上,采用一种全新的测试方法,以三维扫描仪作为三维形态的数据采集设备,通过对获得的织物三维形态进行数据处理,建立织物悬垂性能的三维测试指标,并与传统伞式悬垂法的二维指标进行对比分析。研究结果表明:较传统方法,新型方法在悬垂性差异小的情况下更能精准的评价织物的悬垂性能,避免了因为忽略悬垂三维形态物悬垂性能评价出现的偏差,对于优化织物的悬垂性能评价具有重要的理论和实际意义。With wool fabricas subjects, a new testing method for drape performance was proposed in this paper. Three-dimensional scanner was used as data acquisition devieeson the basis of traditional testing method. Through the data processing of three-dimensional shape of the fabric, 3D testing index of drape performance was put forward, and compared with the traditional two-dimensional index. According to the research result, the new method was more accurate for the evaluation of fabric drape performance in the case of small drape differences, which avoided the ignorance of three-dimensional shape of the fabric. The new method has important theoretical and practical significance for optimizing the fabric drape performance evaluation.
