醒脑静在治疗重症病毒性脑炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑静在重症病毒性脑炎治疗中的作用。方法选择120例重症病毒性脑炎患者,采用随机对照研究的方法,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规综合治疗的基础上加用醒脑静,观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在退热、抽搐控制、呕吐消失、意识转清的时间,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论醒脑静有助于提高重症病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of severe viral encephalitis. Methods 120 cases of patients with severe viral encephalitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group used routine treatment. The treatment group used Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the routine treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect was observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The average time in bringing down the fever,controlling convulsions,stopping vomiting and recovering consciousness of the treatment group was obviously shorter than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Xingnaojing injection can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect of severe viral encephalitis
