倍美力软膏及知柏地黄丸治疗绝经妇女复发性泌尿生殖道感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的了解倍美力软膏阴道用药及口服知柏地黄丸对老年性阴道炎和尿道炎的疗效。方法 25例患者将每日1 g含0.625mg的倍美力软膏放入阴道深部,一周后改用隔日放置一次,直至28天;同时给予知柏地黄丸(水丸)口服,每次30粒,每日2次,1周为1个疗程,连用4个疗程,疗程结束后分别观察患者的阴道炎、尿道炎症状及阴道黏膜变化。结果 25例患者用药后,阴道炎、尿道炎症状显著改善;阴道壁弹性增加,皱褶加深,表面苍白、潮红及出血症状明显好转。结论倍美力软膏能有效改善阴道及尿道的感染症状,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Premarin ointment vaginal medication and oral Zhibai Dihuang pill on senile vaginitis and urethritis. Methods 25 cases of patients put 1g ointment（ containing 0. 625 mg Premarin ointment） into deep vagina daily.After one week,Premarin ointment was used every other day,until 28 days. At the same time,they took orally Zhibai Dihuang pill（ watered pill）,30 tablets each time,2 times daily,1 week as 1 course of treatment,and they took continually 4 courses of treatment. At the end of the treatment,vaginitis,urethritis symptoms and vaginal mucosa were observed. Results After treatment,vaginitis and urethritis symptoms of 25 cases were obviously improved. The elastic vaginal wall increased,wrinkles deepened,and surface pale,flushing and bleeding symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion Beimeili ointment can effectively improve the symptoms of vaginal and urethral infection,and is worthy of clinical application.
