基于GM-SOM模型的河北省农民收入结构地区差异研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨农村经济不同行业和经营形式对河北省农民收入的影响差异,揭示每一类地区农民收入来源的行业特征和经营形式特征,为各级政府因地制宜制定农民增收政策提供参考。【方法】运用灰色模型计算河北省11个行业、5种经营形式与农民收入的灰色关联度矩阵,在此基础上使用SOM神经网络模型对河北省农民收入来源行业结构和经营结构地区差异进行聚类分析。【结果】从行业上看,河北省农民收入主要来自运输业、牧业和农业,来自于渔业、林业和工业的收入较少;从经营方式来看,河北省农民收入主要来自村组集体经营方式、其他经营方式和农民家庭经营方式,来自乡(镇)办企业经营方式和农民专业合作社经营方式的收入较少。根据农民收入来源结构差异,河北省农民收入来源行业结构可分为5类地区,收入来源经营结构可分为4类地区。【建议】促进农民非农产业就业,提高农民组织化程度,利用好地缘和地理优势,大力发展渔业。【Objective】In order to provide scientific basis for formulating policies to increase farmers＇ incomes according to local conditions, the effects of different industries and management patterns on farmers＇ income in Hebei province was analyzed to reveal industry characteristics and management patterns for farmers＇ income source in different types of areas. 【Method】Grey model was used to calculate grey correlation matrixes between farmers＇ income and both 11 industries and 5 management patterns in Hebei rural areas. Based on grey correlation matrixes data, the regional differences in industry and management structures of farmers＇ income source were classified and analysed using SOM neural network model.【Result】The results showed that, viewed from specific industry, the farmers＇ incomes were mainly gotten from transportation business, animal husbandry, agriculture, only a few of incomes were gotten from fishery, forestry, industry. Viewed from management patterns, the farmers＇ incomes were mainly gotten from management patterns of village collective, other management pattern, management pattern of farmer household, only a small number of incomes were gotten from management pattern of township enterprises, management pattern of farmer professional cooperatives. According to regional farmers＇ income structure difference, the industry structure of farmers＇ income source were divided into 5 types of areas, and the management structure of farmers＇ income sources were divided into four types of areas. 【Suggestion】In order to increase farmers＇ income, the government of Hebei province should promote farmers＇ employment in non-agricultural industries,improve organizational degree, make good use of geopolitical and geographical advantages and further develop fishery.
