木醋肥对雷竹林土壤性状的影响

摘　　要：将木醋肥施用于雷竹林地中,测定施肥后土壤的理化性质,以研究木醋肥对雷竹林土壤性状的影响。结果表明木醋肥能够在很大程度上改善雷竹林地土壤的理化性状,表现在:维持土壤酸碱平衡,增加大量元素(N、P、K)、有机质、和微量元素(Ca、Mg、Fe)含量,提高细菌和真菌数量,对Zn含量和放线菌数量无明显影响。9组处理中,以每丛施用500 g活性炭、1000 g有机肥及1000 m L木醋液(1/50倍液)的组合效果最好。第一次施肥后,上述处理土壤中的N、P、Zn含量分别达到397.11 mg/kg、1188.38 mg/kg、0.03%,为9组处理中最高,追肥后,其P、Zn含量,细菌、放线菌数量均为最高,依次达到1198.98 mg/kg、0.08%、8.10×105CFU/g、5.40×105CFU/g,综合效果最佳。The wood vinegar compound fertilizer was used in the soil of Phyllostachys praecox forest, and its effects on the soil properties were studied. The results showed that the application of wood vinegar compound fertilizer significantly improved the soil physical and chemical properties of P. praecox forest. Most tested fertilizers were helpful to maintaining soil acid-base balance, in- creasing the contents of macronutrients （N, P, K）, organic matter and trace elements （Ca, Mg, Fe） in the soil, improving the quantity of bacteria and fungi in the soil, but they had no obvious influences on the Zn content and actinomycetes quantity in the soil. Among 9 treatments, the treatment of applying 500 g activated carbon, 1000 g organic fertilizer and 1000 mL wood vinegar （ 1/ 50-times solution） per cluster had the best comprehensive efficiency. In this treatment, the contents of N, P and Zn in the soil after the first fertilization reached 397.11 mg/kg, 1188.38 mg/kg and 0.03%, respectively, all being the highest among 9 treatments; af- ter topdressing, the P content, Zn content, bacterial quantity and actinomycetes quantity in the soil were all the highest, being 1198.98 mg/kg, 0.08%, 8.10×10^5CFU/g and 5.40xlOsCFU/g separately.
