摘  要:研究了百草枯对血红密孔菌(Pycnoporus sp.SYBC-L3)产胞外漆酶活性和胞内抗氧化酶活性的影响,以期对提高木质素降解酶活性提供理论依据。结果表明:百草枯能够提高漆酶和抗氧化酶的活性,但对胞外漆酶活性的促进作用比对胞内抗氧化酶活性的促进作用明显。百草枯加入后,羟自由基活性和丙二醛的浓度均呈先升高后下降趋势,说明对血红密孔菌产生了氧化胁迫,但菌株的抗氧化系统能够有效地清除自由基,从而阻止氧化剂对菌体的氧化伤害。百草枯作为一种氧化胁迫剂,可以提高木质素降解酶活性,有利于木质素的降解。The effects of Paraquat on the activities of extracellular laccase and intracellular antioxidant enzymes in Pycnoporus sanguineus strain SYBC-L3 were studied, for the sake of providing theoretical basis for the improvement of lignin-degrading enzyme activity. The results indicated that Paraquat could improve the activities of laccase and antioxidant enzymes, but its promotive effect on the activity of extracellular laccase was more significant than that on the activities of intracellular antioxidant enzymes. After adding Paraquat, both the activity of hydroxyl free radical and the concentration of malondialdehyde in P. sanguineus SYBC-L3 in- creased first and then decreased. These results suggested that Paraquat caused an oxidative stress to P. sanguineus SYBC-L3, but the antioxidant system in SYBC-L3 could effectively scavenge the free radicals to prevent from the oxidative harm of oxidants to this strain. As a kind of oxidative stress agent, Paraquat can improve the activity of lignin-degrading enzyme, and is beneficial to the degradation of lignin.
