摘 要:研究了不同移栽密度处理对高含油量双低油菜苏油5号产量、产量结构、产油量及品质的差异,并确定其适宜的移栽密度。结果表明:在一定范围内,油菜籽含油量随着移栽密度增加而上升,移栽密度的增加能有效提高苏油5号的群体角果数,从而获得高产和高产油量。硫甙、蛋白质含量与移栽密度无显著相关性,随着移栽密度的增加,芥酸和二十碳烯酸呈增加趋势,其余脂肪酸组分则相对比较稳定,不同处理的品质指标均符合双低油菜标准。苏油5号在施氮量(纯氮)为270 kg/hm2、12万株/hm2的密度水平时的产量和产油量最高,分别达到3513.45、1627.43 kg/hm2。在一定施肥水平下,适当密植,在有利于发挥苏油5号产量和产油量潜力的同时保证油菜籽的双低品质。The effects of different transplanting density treatments on the rapeseed yield,yield structure, oil yield and quality of high-oil double-low rape variety Suyou No. 5 were studied, and the suitable transplanting density of this variety was determined. The results showed that the oil content in rapeseed increased with the increase in transplanting density within certain limits ; increas- ing transplanting density could effectively enhance the pod number of Suyou No. 5 population, thus obtain high rapeseed yield and high oil yield. Transplanting density had no significant correlation with glucosinolate content and protein content. When transplanting density increased, both erucic acid content and eicosenoic acid content presented an increasing trend, while the contents of other fat- ty acid components were relatively stable. The quality indexes of rapeseeds in all treatments were consistent with the standard of double-low rapeseed. Under the conditions of applying 270 kg/hm^2 pure nitrogen and transplanting 120000 plant/hm^2 rape, Suyou No. 5 had the highest rapeseed yield and oil yield, being 3513.45 and 1627.43 kg/hm^2, respectively. At a certain fertilization level, properly close planting was in favor of exerting the yield potential and ensuring the double-low rapeseed quality of Suyou No. 5.
