摘　　要：概述了交通干线厨余垃圾的产生、危害,以及国内外的处理方式及利用现状;介绍了当前的厨余垃圾处理技术;提出了交通干线厨余垃圾资源化处理技术路线、总体思路、对策及途径。The paper summarizes the generation and harm caused by the kitchen surplus garbage of the traffic trunk lines and the treatment modes and use status abroad and at home;presents the treatment technologies of kitchen surplus garbage at the present time;puts forward the technical routes,overall thinkings,countermeasures and approaches for the resource treatment of the kitchen surplus garbage of the traffic trunk lines.
