云南省2010-2013年社区卫生服务机构卫生资源与服务现状分析

摘　　要：对云南省2010-2013年社区卫生服务中心(站)的卫生资源与服务数据进行整理分析,结果显示:社区卫生服务中心(站)机构数、床位数在逐年增加,卫生技术人员总量在逐年增加,但职业类别不尽合理,全科医生、公共卫生医师、注册护士相对缺乏。大部分社区卫生服务机构均提供医疗服务和基本公共卫生服务。其中开展糖尿病、高血压等慢性疾病规范管理的机构较多;医疗服务量总体上呈现上涨趋势,但2013年门诊量增幅明显放缓,社区卫生服务中心住院量略有下降。建议合理配置各类卫生资源,加强人才队伍的培养,改善各类卫生设施建设等,提高其服务质量和效率,促进社区卫生服务的健康发展。To analyze health resources and medical service data in community health service center （station） from 2010-2013 in Yunnan province. The results showed that the number of institutions, sickbed was increasing of community health service center （station） by years. Though the amount of health technical personnel was increasing, the occupation sort was unreasonable. It was lack of general practitioners, public health physicians and registered nurses. Most of the community health service agencies had provided medical services and basic public health services. For example, the standardize management of diabetes, hypertension and other chronic diseases. The amount of medical services showed a rising trend, but the growth of outpatient volume was slowing down, the amount of hospitalization decreased slightly. It is proposed to allocate various types of health resources reasonably, cultivation of talents, improve various facilities, the quality and efficiency of services, and to promote the healthy development of community health service.
