摘  要:利用恒界面池研究了二壬基萘磺酸(DNNSA)反胶团溶液萃取模拟电池废水中铅离子的动力学。考察了搅拌转速、DNNSA、初始铅离子浓度以及温度对萃取速率的影响,得到了DNNSA反胶团萃取废水中铅离子的动力学方程并对萃取机理进行了探讨。结果表明,当搅拌速率在200r/min时出现与搅拌强度无关的动力学"坪区",萃取过程为化学反应控制。在动力学"坪区",铅离子萃取速率随着萃取剂DNNSA浓度和水相铅离子浓度增加而增加,温度升高萃取速率加快,萃取反应活化能为35.11k J/mol。The kinetics of the extraction of lead by DNNSA reverse micelles from simulated battery wastewater was investigated using a Lewis cell. Different parameters such as the stirring speed,DNNSA concentration,lead ion concentration,as well as extracting temperature were studied separately to examine their effect on the extraction rate of lead ions,and a rate equation was put forward based on the analysis. The experimental results demonstrated that there was a chemical reaction kinetic region where the extraction rate of Pb( II) was independent of the stirring speed when stirring speed was faster than 200 r / min. It was thought that the rate of Pb( II) extraction is controlled by a chemical reaction. In the kinetic region,the rate of Pb( II) extraction was direct proportional to concentration of DNNSA and Pb( II). The rate also increased with rising of extraction temperature. The activation energy was calculated to be 35. 11 k J / mol.
