摘　　要：本文介绍了一起小区电梯曳引轮普遍磨损、钢丝绳落槽的案例,通过对现场运行情况的检查、不同电梯使用情况的对比;对已磨损的曳引轮进行光谱分析、硬度检测、轮槽的几何形状检测等专项检测,以及对多台电梯钢丝绳张力进行测试和比对,分析钢丝绳落槽、曳引轮磨损的原因,得出钢丝绳安装时扭力未释放、张力调整不均,使用过程中未适时检查和调整钢丝绳张力、钢丝绳脂挤出未及时清理的结论,并提出了针对性的维修建议。This article describes traction sheave wear and rope jumping from groove of a residential elevator. Through the on-site inspections of operation, the comparison of the use of different elevators; with taking spectral analysis, hardness testing, round slot special testing, and geometry detection for worn traction sheave, as well as rope tension testing and comparison for more than one elevator, this paper analyzes the reason of rope jumping from groove and traction wheel wear. The reason is concluded as drawn wire rope installation torque is not released, the tension adjustment is uneven, the check and tension adjustment of the wire rope is not timely in using, and the wire rope grease is not cleaned out timely, and specific maintenance recommendations are proposed.
