摘　　要：本文针对在某药厂称重包装线中纸箱垫片装填和推箱工艺特点,设计了一种能自动装填垫片的设备和推箱设备。结构主要由滑台机构、升降机构、翻转机构和挡箱机构等组成,利用PLC的程序控制,使设备能够一次完成垫片的自动装填和推箱工作,大大地提高了生产效率。In a pharmaceutical factory weighing and packing line, the author of this paper carton gasket loading and push the technological characteristics of box, and designed a kind of can automatically loading pads devices and push the box. Structure is mainly composed of slider mechanism, lifting mechanism, turning mechanism and block boxes and so on, the use of PLC program control, the device can be a automatic loading and push the box of the gasket, greatly improve production efficiency.
